Do you know what port the original DN landed on? Have you tried to apply the restriction to that port as well. I don't think it will matter but stranger things have happened. Also when you did the restrictions you took into account the line pool access code as well? I went crazy awhile back trying to restrict 011 because I didn't put it in as 9 (pool access code) 011.

John 807 Yes, I did try restricting the "original" DN/Port, to no avail. Line Pool access is the same system-wide.

Maybe you're destined to do a Startup....placing restrictions on the desired DN's, then changing those DN's' Extension number...
