Hello I am in a hotel with over 50 rooms, My mitel sx50 was set to ring at ext 108 on night service when anyone dialed our phone number or dialed 0 at the hotel. This worked for all calls until a few days ago, now all my externals calls are routed to extension 108 but all in house calls originating to the hotel go directly to the console. How can I fix this so that all my calls dial to my extension 108.

Try setting your overflow point (ghi) to the equipment number for ext. 108.

Let's see. 108 is probably on the first card, so, from programming command 301, step through the numbers until 108 shows up. Guessing it will be either port 7,8 or 9. Plug 007,008,or 009
into ghi.

Actually, this has gotten way beyond help. You are trying to program the system. A Mitel technician can program this easily. I suggest you contact a Mitel dealer in your area and have a technician do this programming for you.

This forum is not designed to provide programming information that could, potentially, render your system inoperative. This is why a certified technician is recommended.

As an alternative, you might want to PM one of the responding posters to contact you and, if equipped, they may be able to program this remotely for you for a cost.
