Dont you have the books ?
Your profile is pretty sketchy and you appear to be an end user .In that case i recommend you call a local Toshiba dealer.

As Ken states your profile tends to be one of a end user and password information is not passed on to end users for the simple reason that with this information severe problems will be a result of a non trained/certified technician attempting to make changes.
The Toshiba Strata 280 is the telephone system and it does not require a password to program only a sequence of keys/buttons pressed using the telephone itself. Now the voicemail systems do require one but there are a few different ones that can be used so knowing what password you need is dependent upon which voice mail you have.
Once again only a certified/trained individual should be working on your telephone system, its kind of like your dentist.... you don't want just anyone that thinks they know what they're doing to be poking around.

There is no password for a DK 280 ?? There's a super-secret handshake required to get into programming, but I don't recall needing a "password". Then again it's been ages since I touched a DK.
