Does anyone know of an program that I can use to Output select Voicemail to a mp3, or wav file. I have a user that needs her recording for a lawyer? eric.mauldin@gmail.com

There is a utility that converts rhetorix files to wav files. The problem is finding the correct rhetorix files. Good luck.

Eric, Drew is correct, you will need to contact yoru dealer for assistance in locating the correct files. You could also purchase UM which will allow subscribers to download files in WAV format via UM Client or IMAP depending on what system you have.

Depending upon the version of your system, it may have come with 5 UM licenses. Assign this to a user and forward your voicemail to that user.
