Hello. Clueless to the phone systems. I understand WIN is out of Business. The company that used to service the system refuses to. All I need is to change a few email address linked to a few extensions. I don't know how to link up to the system. Can anyone please help? We plan on replacing the system in December. Waiting for contract to expire . . . We just need to limp through these last few months.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know how to get into the phones and reset passwords etc via a handset but I don't know how to tap into the main unit.
Do I need software / dongle / patch cables? How do I get to the SCREENS program?

HyperTerminal and a null modem cable will get you to the screens interface. I don't remember the baud rate.
if you don't have your F keys mapped then you need to type {Fx} for each option.
