Hi Guys,
On my SV9100 the softkeys are in this order:
List Dir ICM Prog
I would like to replace the ICM with VMsg and to appear in this form:
List Dir VMsg Prog
Is anybody here who knows if this is possible ?

I know on the SV8100 soft keys are not changeable and I believe the same goes for the SV9100.
We get old too soon, smart too late

I believe that when you assign a VM box to the extension with the inmail it automatically places a VMSG key on the phone.

I believe that when you assign a VM box to the extension with the inmail it automatically places a VMSG key on the phone. Only when there is a new message. After you play the message it vanishes..

I didn't sorted to replace the softkey but I sorted to enable the shortcut like SV8100.
So..... I press Enter key, Scroll down key, enter again and you can reach your Voicemail, exactly like SV8100.
You need to modify from 15-02 the Navigation Key Mode from Advanced to Standard.

Soon as you set a dept group or ccis vm pilot you get the vm key.
