Hello,
I need a solution to switch between handset and headset during a conversation. Momentanly we tell our customer to park the conversation, then hang up, push headset-button and take the conversation back from park place. But this can't be the right solution.

Unfortunately it is.
you used to be able to change midway through a conversation on the 500, but you can't on the os7000.
