Hello, I am looking for a solution to refuse a call. My customer is talking to a client in the office, now he wants to push a button to refuse an incoming call. So that the ringing doesn't disturb. I know in former firmware releases you could push the # to snd the call directly to the voicemail. This wold be already fine.
Any ideas??
Thanks a lot.

On the SMT-i 5xxx series phones, they have the turn knob in the middle. Turn it to the right and the phone will go into DND mode. This will allow no calls to ring on the phone while in that mode. Once done, he can move knob back to center for normal operation.
