We currently have a client computer running Windows XP Pro with Office 2003 SP2. When the user attempts to open up a voicemail Outlook gives him the following message: The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator." In the past we have found that uninstalling Office and reinstalling it with the unified messenger will fix the issue but is there a better way to fix this without having to go through the entire process? Please let me know.

Anyone find a solution to this problem? I am having the same issue.
Currently running XP SP3 with Office 2003 SP3. I tried uninstalling UM v2.212, then uninstall Office 2003, then reinstall Office 2003, then reinstall UM v2.212.

Please help!!
