Has anyone done this? I was hoping there was a script already built that I could just modify a bit. Not finding one though.

it has been a while since I have done a call-back on Toshiba ACD, but it looks like there are scripts in the system already to do callbacks.
You have initial or periodic Wait + callback or Position + Callback.
