I am trying to connect to a KX-TDA100 phone switch and keep receiving a "EA04301 Cannot open LAN port" error. I have connected before to this switch and can connect to 3 other switches in different locations using the same software. Any suggestions?

TDA does not connect through LAN, you use usb

unless you have a Lan card.
Have you changed console or computer?
Ck settings via usb?
