How do I program the CID to display on all phones while the phone is ringing?? I know it will display on the phone that answers, after they answer, but how about before they answer?

You need 6.1 or higher for more than 1 phone to auto show CLID.
All others sets must have a F811 key or press F811
or
Remove ringing from all asets and have AA handle the calls after 2 rings.

on 6.1
Under Set&Terms/2XX/TelcoFeatures/ look for each line that assigned.

Phones are all 7310, let it be they have to be 7316, or should I go back to 6.1 software?

7310's are ok but you cant just go from 4.1 to 7.1 without using the proper upgrade procedures.

Either use the proper upgrade tool software per the install guide under Upgrades or if you have 6.1 software handy then go to 6.1, once it takes then go to 7.1

Put the 4.1 back in the meantime.

Also watch out for voice mail, you need to make sure it will be compatible or you need to upgrade it also.

Yeah, I was wondering about the VM, might have to do that one too. I will get a 6.1 tomorrow, & that should solve my troubles.

Flash you need 1.9 on a 6.1 KSU
Flash you need 2.0 on a 7.1 KSU

Callpilot you need ANY on a 6.1
Callpilot you need 3.0 on a 7.1
