hi, i have a CIX100 rel 5.20 mt067 with IVP8 rel. 3.3/1.08.
i have programmed port smdi in VM, 1st port 250.
in CIX,prg200- sltport 250&251 set as voicemail. make hungroup, pilot number.
make syst-CF-1 to BNA. cannot leave message in mailbox, it go back to the greeting 990.
i have restart CIX from defautl and IVP with TOshiba plug&play StrataCIX100 SMDI.
no result, can't leave message in mailbox. extension 207 is set to record name & store message. call foward set to 1 like syst CF
can you help?

Do you have a PPTP-9 adapter plugged into the top serial port, with a 6 wire cross-over cable plugged into port one of the BSIS card on the processor?

no, no BSIS card installed.

Cannot use "SMDI" then... use "Inband/DTMF" and it will start working...
