Is there any way to reset a station password on an Avaya IP Office configured as a Partner with embedded VM with out using the Lap top. Can this be done thru main sets or some other way without going on site. Like the good old Partner ACS Thanks for your help

I think you have to do it with PC/Laptop if you don't have remote connection setup on the Avaya ip500 ,, when you say station password is this for voicemail or is it a security pw??
