I'm sure I used to be able to set this up...but then...
Anyway, I want callers to be able to call into the SVM on one number and collect any voice mail messages.
I've set up a DID number to forward to the VM group, but when I dial this I get the "if you know the number you want dial it now" prompt but can't seem to provide access to the users mailboxes.
Can this be done? If so, how?
