We are having an issue with dialing out. ports 1-12 have no issue dialing out. SLT in ports 12 higher when attempting to dial out starting with a 9, the phone returns beep beep, and does not connect. The hybrid digital exts do not have this issue. I have never seen one of theses systems before so I am a total newbie on this, but I am familiar with numerous other system. Any suggestions.
I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!

Actually, try dialing 9 on the multi line sets...Oops! You get to tell the system how many lines are connected in program 400. TA824's pick trunks from high to low.
This model is end of life

Thank you sir, I will give that a try. The manual I read I thought said the 624 chooses the lowest line first.
I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!
