so 2 things I forgot to change before I dumped it.
Remote VM on 7200 should be set to 300
Also in N-lcr should be set to station display for 300.

Its in IT format since I havent bothered using OSDM yet since this is older firmware anyway.

Just keep using IT tool.

You can try setting a delete count on the entry in the DID on the 7100 to 3.

The way you've done it with translating 300 is fine.

Everything looks ok on your downloads otherwise

Ok Well I tried the DID idea but that didnt work. Says invalid number then.

Any other ideas?
It basically seems to identify the calling extension instead of the called extension. I can get to the mailbox but its basically the wrong mailbox. frown

Well I've tried a complete wipe & re-setup of the os7200. Its made zero difference frown

I've tried changing the firmware down to 4.14 but that also made no difference.

Either I've got something dumb set (which is what I'm hoping for) or nobody really used central VM properly till 4.4+ firmware versions?

Can I ask you an Offtopic question.. ?

The 7100 doesnt have any MGI licenses (I was using tutorial licenses as I want to buy some MGI lics anyway) and it has an MP10 card not MP10A. One of the Samsung sellers I contacted told me that Samsung do not sell licenses for the MP10 anymore and we would need to upgrade to a MP10A card. Is this true or just junk talk to make me upgrade like I think it is?

Thanks smile

In case anyone is interested I managed to fix my problem with central voicemail...

Under 5.14.6 there is an option 'intercom external forward'.
If enabled voicemail forwards correctly for intersite calls. I dont actually need this anymore since I've ordered an SVMi card but it may be handy for someone else.

Does you OS7200 have a MCP or a MP20?

Did you order a SVMi20i or SVMi20e?

The SVMi20i won't work with a MCP card and requires 4.7 or higher software (so you'd need to purchase a SPNET license)

The SVMi20e doesn't, however it's not made any more.

I have no issues getting licenses for MP10 cards, I've heard this from other people, but there has been no notification from Samsung about this.

Who is your dealer over there out of interest?

I ordered a second hand one off ebay. SVMi20e smile

The person that told me about the license issue was from BrightNetworks.

However the local dealers I normally deal with are Commandacom and extelwest.

The guy from BrightNetworks said: . If it is an MP10 then the new licenses will not be valid on a system at software level below 4.4xx. If you can finds this out that would be helpful. Otherwise the system software will need to be upgraded.

Never heard of Brightnetworks.

Havn't dealt with Commandacom in years

Extelwest is good we use them for our WA work.

I know they changed the license key format a few years ago, they used to be able to issue licenses in the old format if asked, but not sure if that is still possible as Samsung Korea changed the license server so they may have removed that functionality.

I think 4.3x and higher support the new license key type, but it's been a while since I've tried to license anything <4.4
