CFNA and DRT are 4 rings. Don't recall the HG timer. I compared settings side-by-side with another HG I have set up on the same system. That HG works, this one won't.
Still doesn't explain why I can't get to the mailbox of the target extension...it's ringing that extension. I'm literally stumped.
Edit: Are you referring to the HG "Timeout"? I set that at 15 secs (tried 30, 60 too with same result).

Your DRT is at 4 yet your CFNA is at 4 and your HG is at 15 secs (4 rings).
As I said in the first port do not have your timers conflict.
Turn BOTH your DRT and Transfer Call Callback timers to 10 rings and test.

If you remove the overflow and try both HG's I presume it works fine?
And if overflowing from one group to another I wonder that its now considered 6 rings as a whole meaning the Transfer callback of 6 might even interfere. That assuming it's still considered a transferred call from CCR.
What is the DN of the prime set for the lines? and does that prime set have a mailbox?
