CTX 672 with IES 16 , need to forward DID's out of system to new site, phones have to be removed for building demo while system remains to forward the calls. If I remove the phones, the forwarding goes to the IES instead of the remote site. Now, I know I can forward from the mailboxes but what is the token code?
c,9,xxx-xxx-xxxxH ? it is a PRI with no pots lines.

I have to do it in the morning so I figured I might find a little help before I get there!!

Thank you in advance!

Well first I would it in the DID table in the CIX instead of using the voicemail system. Just set destination to 9 plus the number. Works good.

For the IES you can use @F-9XXX XXX XXXX , H Sometimes the timing gets a little trick because the call could bounce back to the main menu if the call does not go out. I use a dash instead of commas at the start and at least 1 comma before the H at the end. The dashes are half-second pauses while commas are 2 seconds. I added spaces in my example to make it more readable.

DID tables 9xxxyyyzzzz flawless

@F-9xxxyyyzzzz,h token code was valuable to direct various "888" numbers to corresponding departments. Since it was only for a day, I didn't bother to test the comma pause, it certainly did not hurt but may not have even been necessary.

newtecky, Thank you, I am an old-school 32 yr Toshiba vet 480/Stratagy guru that never took the time to learn the CTX proficiently, you sir have moved that right along!!
