Here is my current setup:
Primary Site 10-12-09 192.168.54.80 10-12-03 192.168.54.62 51-01-01 1
Secondary 10-12-09 192.168.54.82 10-12-03 192.168.54.62 51-01-01 2
51-03-01 192.168.54.80 51-03-02 192.168.54.82
51-04-01 192.168.54.80
84-26-01 192.168.54.85
Secondary site will link up and show as running as secondary. Cannot call out or call internally. Other set will ring but if you try to answer, you get a busy signal.
If we are running within the same subnet, do ports 10020-10021 and 58000 and 58002 need to be opened?
Customer took over building next door and did not want to trench in fibre across his parking lot so they had a point to point wireless system installed.
All the other Netlink sites I've done used VPNs and they worked ok. Try to do one that should be basic, and run into issues.

Well first off your IP on 03 should be zeroed out and subnet changed to 255.0.0.0
What is your IPL card set at? I see nothing addressing a VOIP card.
10020-10XXX UDP depends on how big your IPL card is.10020-10531 is a good way to cover your bases.
