Hi. I went to this customer today and they have axxess 128 version 9.0 . They have 01 t1 card for incoming and outgoing, but now they want to install a new t1 for outgoing only.
They want to set up like this :
T1 NUMBER 1 ONLY FOR INCOMING
T1 NUMBER 2 ONLY FOR OUTGOING
and if the t1 number 1 its busy, they want to use the t1 number 2 as back up.
how can I do that???

If you have T1 #2 in second, the call will go out from the bottom up. Just be sure to add it to your numbering plan and give outgoing access to the extensions.
