I am having issues with speech. System is a 7200s running v4.82 and OAS card running v2.05. I can get inbound and outbound calls but no speech either way. 830 & 831 both have public with private set and public IP entered. I've looked at 2.2.15 and have setup the routers port accordingly. Is there any other MMC's other than 603, 832 and 833. This ISP is Gamma using IP authentication.

Hi Have you forwarded the ports through you FW? You have obviously put the peering IP address of the gamma SIP 5060 in 5.2.17 otherwise you wouldn't get calls connecting. Put the CPE address provided by gamma as your public address. and if your dialing out you must have set your SIP trunk group to peering to be able to dial out. It will be a ports issue if you have no speech.make sure 5060 is forwarded to your MP20 and 30000-30031 is forwarded to your OAS card you don't have to do all the 6000-40000 as they suggest.

I have done further testing. The onboard MGI on the MP20s works and I get voice both ways. It's only when I use the OAS card that it does not work. I have setup xlite to do a test call into the system using the OAS card and that works fine. I have also listened to an RTP trace when calling in/out using Gamma and I do hear the external party. So i'm not sure where the issue could be.

If you have a mix of OAS/MGI and onboard you need to specify different ports for each card and adjust the port forwards accordingly.

I also don't use the MMC you are using as MOH doesn't work, i prefer the no registration method via the carrier options
