Hello all, I can't seem to find the setting for trunk line privacy option in the manual or PCPro. I don't want calls transferred out of voicemail to an individual ext to be able to be picked up from another phone (currently flashes on other phones, audible ring is only on the transferred to ext, another ext can snag call before hits personal mailbox of the transferred to ext).
SL1100 R5
Thanks for your help!

It's under trunk mapping.

Thanks Coral, do you mean 14-07? That program stops an ext from answering any call on hold, but if a call transfers out of an auto-attendant to 1 ext, anybody else can answer by picking the flashing line.
I've also tried private line in 14-01 with no luck. Would this be a setting in the voicemail? When I set Line 1 to DIL to an ext, I can't grab line ringing on that ext (says busy).
Thanks

You have to restrict it using the maps.

I truly appreciate your response but don't see how 14-07 addresses the issue. I might have to get nec tech support on this one.

Lines are normal and delay to VM if unanswered. If a caller in VM dials an ext to ring just that phone, another ext can grab that call bu picking the flashing Line 1, 2 etc.

Change setup to Park Keys and get rid of line appearances and use in a PBX configuration. You are trying to restrict trunk access in a key system configuration after the fact.

Ok thanks. I've easily programmed this on other modern phone systems that had individual line appearances, I wasn't expecting it to be an issue on NEC. Still learning all the differences on this SL1100. Thanks again!

I suppose you could also try using supervised xfer from the voicemail to see is that fixes it.
