Had system all programmed and customer changed how they wanted it during install.
Anyways, from SL1100 auto attendant when someone presses 0, I need to ring all ext and then delay to a general mailbox. Virtual Ext seemed perfect for this. So the ling rings and forwards to 3999 but gets general greeting instead of VE 250 mailbox. I'm stumped and from what i was reading it should delay normally to its own mailbox.
Ideas? Alternatives? Thanks!!

Did you set fix call forward 24-09 01-03 for VE 250?

what happens when you dial the virtual extension, does it go to the correct mailbox? Do you have a Mailbox configured in PRG 47-02?

What is your general mb number? It should be the same as 250 if it's not.
