I am working on a Comdial DX80 with a 7260 phone on extension 105. This particular phone will not ring on a transferred call through auto attendant or via phone transfer. It flashes on the CO button but does not ring. I have checked all of the basics. It is not forwarded or DND. The phone works in all other ways. I have matched the settings with another phone that works. I defaulted the set with feature 69. Is there a setting or feature that I am not seeing. I did notice that the line 5 button lights up with a solid red light for about 5 seconds at the same time as the transferred line (line 1). The function of the line 5 button says 744. Thank you.

does it Ring if you call station to station? Ringer may be turned off...

Two things. First have you rebooted? Second is the DX80 has a feature for a call center type function like unavaiulabe. This is not DND. I dont rememeber the code but look in manual under acd group agents. I think your answer is there

I discovered that the voice mail box associated with this extension was forwarded to an outside number. Changed to fix and tested good.

Is there a way to turn this option off globally?
