I temporarily disconnected the DSS3060 from our receptionist's phone, and after plugging it back in, all the LEDs are off. If someone picks up their phone or changes their DND status the LED for that station goes back to normal.
Is there a way to force the LEDs to refresh? (Already checked the Network DSS Refresh Timer -- it's set to 30).
This seems to be typical behavior for our system. I've noticed the same thing in the past.
