Hello,
I have a station that all calls go directly to voicemail. I'm assuming that do not disturb is enabled. Does anyone know how to disable it?

The system is an IPK 142.
Thanks,
Terry

I never heard of an IPK 142. There is an elite 192, or IPK. Typically those systems had default codes of 41/42/43/44, call forward B/NA and ALL + DND.

Sorry, it's an elite 192. Yes, 43 is B/NA. I tried that but it didn't clear the CF ALL/DND. It's the only campus with an NEC so I don't have much experience with it. What is the key sequence for clearing the CF?

Thanks for your help!

Lift the handset then dial 44 to clear. Hang up then go off hook and dial 42 to clear. If that fails remain on hook press FNC then dial 69 to clear all. You will have to set CF B/NA again afterward.

Thank you very much, that worked! There are 4 people on that campus and myself that are very appreciative of your help.
