We have a local customer up here (Albany) that is opening a small office in Mt. Vernon. It has the vast majority of the wiring in place but needs a couple new drops and some work at the MDF (reterminate existing data wires on a patch panel etc).
The whole thing will end up with 8 or 10 or so runs and is fairly small.
