We have a 7200S (s/w 4.51) that has been in place for about 5 years without issue. It has been networked via SPNET with 5 - 6 other locations. After having multiple power failures at the site with a defective UPS resulted in multiple 'hard resets' - we receive error messages when trying to dial extensions in other nodes. We've narrowed the issue down to the MGI ports which, instead of showing a status of IDLE, show a status of NONE.
Here's what I've done to try and correct things: Soft reset the system Initialize the system (even in default state with licensing, the ports still show a status of NONE). Port clear Renumber ports
Samsung support says to replace the processor....but wondering if anyone else has run into this.

Are you using a OAS card or the onboard MGI channels of the processor?
