Ok, found out that putting the extension(107) that the Preschool CO rings into on FWD/DND causes the phone to ring 5x then go to VM (perfect). I'm just wondering if that is how this was originally set up, then someone accidentally turned it off. Seems like there would be a better way.... Comments?
