1)vm server is almost full cant find in management software where to delete messages. Do i have to go to each phone? and manually delete? I would think i could do via TVA Maintenance Console.
2) Trying to change greeting on 601 tried from phone pressed vm then * selected 601 could not get to prompt for password. sure im doing it wrong..
little help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe you have to manually delete messages. You could also delete and recreate the mailbox to clear out the messages.
Try #6* followed by the mailbox number.

COS is your friend. Go into the TVA and change the extension's COS to 2, but in COS 2, change the number of days or number of messages, or both to keep them. At the end of the day, the mailbox will be cleaned out to whatever you set it for, then change the COS back to 1.
This model is end of life
