Hi all,
I recently purchased a used Mitel 5220 IP phone for use with a FreePBX SIP server and am having a little trouble clearing the old configuration.
Guides I have read online indicate that I should press the volume down arrow while applying power to the phone, issue is that doesn't seem to bring up any menu options.
If I hold the volume up key during poweron I can configure static IP settings, but can't see an option to configure anything else.
When I simply power up the phone it does pull an IP from DHCP but just displays 'booting 04.04.00.10' on the LCD forever, I can ping the IP it pulls but am unable to access the webGUI.
Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to factory reset this device?
