I have inherited a CIX 40 customer from a company that moved south. I did not have the password to program the system and thus had to default the system and reprogram. It appears that all is working except you cannot put a call on hold or transfer. I'm sure this is something simple. I also expanded the system (more Stations)at the same time I defaulted it.
Thanks in advance.

Generally default one a CIX 40 works ok out of the box.
Would you have set answer supervisions on the CO lines? Release supervision is usually, but typically not answer supervision.
