Greetings I'm having no luck upgrading 5220s sets from v2.40 to v2.62. I'm trying to use tftpd32SE and the directions on page 218 v4.9x combined feature reference manual. C:\Users\John Laptop Sa\Desktop\ Upgrade\v2.62\v2.62\SMT-i5220_SPP_V2.62_20150812 my guess is my naming convention may be incorrect? Does anyone have a real simple way to do these kinds of upgrades>? The last time I had to do it was an MGI card 3 years ago. I'm trying to push the software to the phones. TIA, John

I find 3cdaemon works the best with samsung (it's a very old tftp server).
Just point it to your C:\Users\John Laptop Sa\Desktop\ Upgrade\v2.62\v2.62\SMT-i5220_SPP_V2.62_20150812\ directory and then set the phone to use tftp and point it to your laptop ip address.
Alternatively you can make the phones do this automatically upon connection with a couple of changes in the system programming
