Hello -

Would any of you be able to assist?

I am trying to program DSS/One Touch buttons on the IPK II system. I know how to enter the service code and input the feature number, but I can't seem to be able to program which extension the button is supposed to call. Is there any other button I'm supposed to be pressing before I enter the extension number?

Thank you for your help
Matteo

[speaker] 751 01 extension [speaker]

This is in the multiline user guide for IPKII and SV8100.
