Not sure if anyone can help me. I have a Dukane Starcall system that I inherited the service on. The Main Starcall station reads only "wait" . cabling has been tested 1000 times, and we have even swapped different phones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

James the WAIT message indicates no communication between the admin telephone and the ATC card in the central cabinet. Could be loose connections, miswired receptacle, faulty ATC card or system not correctly programmed. You could try moving the wiring to the next port on the ATC card. Only Dukane admin phones work on those ports.
