what am I looking for there? Not sure how night switching would affect the greetings of individual voicemail users.

I mean Form 6, Tenant night switching table. And tenanting in general. What happens if you put everything in the same tenant?

I had a case one time that although the console was in day mode, the rooms were all in night mode. I had to change the Tenant night switching table so I (the console) had control of the other tenants, and actually toggle them in and back out of night service.

I understand form 6 and tenanting but for curiosity sake how would that affect admin phones and their personal greetings. Sorry just trying to understand the logic. I had already checked form 5 to ensure there was no tenant to tenant blocking

It seems as though there was no night greeting on the phones, so they would just play the canned greeting until they were "toggled" back into day mode.

I will have the site toggle the modes, they were setup to toggle the admin but not the vmail ports, I will update when they toggle the modes

I had my contact switch the console from day to night and back again, then I rerecorded the greeting in my test mailbox and same issue.

If the console, admin phones, and voice mail ports are in the same tenant, then I am at a loss here.
