Eclipse System using Inter-tel 5.346 version
One of the phones LCD shows they have one message and the message light also flashes. When trying to retrieve the message it says there are no messages.
Any idea why and how to eliminate this?

I had this experience, this is a silent message . someone tried to call and chose to leave a silent message rather than a voicemail. the way i deleted this was to call the person that last called you and make contact, when you hang up w/them the light will stop blinking.Jennifer

for future reference feature 368 cancels message waiting indicator (turns off the red light).
