When I try to load the configuration for any station, I get a popup error window that says the following:


Any thoughts about how to troubleshoot this? I haven't made any changes to either the PC running Network eManager, not to the CTX system.

I did notice that the PC had rebooted due to some problem.

Edit: The phone system is functioning normally as far as I can tell.

It looks like an odd message when looking at station configuration.

If you are getting an error by just loading up the information (not submitting changes), then one of these could be an issue:

- The version of emanager is older then the phone system processor software.
- The CTX software version is very old, ver 1.XX (Latest eManager is supposed to be backward compatible, but I still have issues)
- The emanager installation is corrupted.
