I am working with one of my customers that currently has a Cdl Unisyn. They recently got the call transfer feature from the Telco. Now they are looking to upgrade to an SBX.
I think I have tried this unsuccessfully before, but can I do a CCR to a speed dial that will dial "Flash, Pause, number, Hangup" from a CCR greeting? I think the problem I had before was that it would do the string, but not on the same line that the call was on.
They would like to have the destination for some users to point to the call transfer via the Telco when the secretary is not available. They want the call to go to their cells. I know that this can be done via a trunk-trunk call, but they are worried that it is going to use the system lines, making the lines unavailable while in use.
I just don't remember if this was possible or not, so I thought I'd ask all the experts.

I don't think it is possible. It will put the call on consultation hold and dial a second line. Might as well leave the flash out of the mix.
