So we have a OS7200 with the SVM card and we bought the unlimited Email license but we are having a problem. We have moved some people around and some people are no longer with us, so when i went to change the email of where it needs to go to, i get an error about not being able to change due to exceeding my license?? I thought this was unlimited??

Any help would be nice.

Did you check the system parameters screen of the voicemail to see what the Max Email Gateways subscribers says? If it's unlimited it will usually say 1000, if the license is not there it will say 5.

yes i checked it and its showing the license.

what version is the 7200 and voicemail? Is it a 20i or a 20e?

also now when i am in any of the mailboxes it wont let me ctrl E out. it stated Max number of Email Subscribers Exceeded.

so further checking the license key is in but the Max Email Subscribers is still at 5??

Did you double and triple verify that the mac address from the SVMi is the same one used for the licence? Could've been that it was possibly given wrong and they gave you a different Key for the wrong mac address. Not common, but a long shot.

Yes is the same as what was submitted.

Did you recently buy this license and the voicemail was older? If so and the voicemail doesn't have the last 5.4.11 patch the new alphanumeric license won't work. Previous to the patch the license keys were Alpha only.
