System 9.115 We recently set up our system with IP Phones which some users took home. Our first problem was that they wanted all messages dialed into these phones to go to their voice mail under their extension at work. So, if the extension was 1000, which had a voice mail 1000, and the IP phone was 9000, they wanted all messages dialed into 9000 to be left in mailbox 1000. We did that. The problem now is that when there is a message in mailbox 1000, they want the message light on 1000 to blink and the message light on 9000 (the IP Phone) to blink also. How do I do that? I have associated the IP phone witht he voice mail by building a cascade for it and making sure the unanaswered IC Calls are marked YES. I think the problem may be that the message light on the IP phone is not turned on.

From what I've read on this forum it is not possible to light two phones. I have the same setup and would like to do the same. I think it may be possible with the 5000.

Xarios software offers a way to do this. It's part of a software suite. If a message is waiting in a specified mailbox, it will notify a list of mailboxes.
