Dear All ,

Recently i have installed NEC SV9100 with 80 Extension everything working fine except the caller ID , the problem is some extensions when calling the operator while it is busy the number of Caller or number of extension is appear and some extensions are not appear

WHERE IS THE PROBLEM ??

When a name has been programmed in 15-01 the extension number will not appear, only the name when calling other extension.

Maybe this is the problem.

No , the Name and number are appears accordingly how the extension is programmed , the problem when the extension trying to call Operator while the operator busy the call of extension is LED as indicate there is a second call but the number of this extension does not appear .. THIS IS THE PROBLEM

If you are talking about transfer out of an auto attendant you probably don't have "unsupervised transfer" enabled. Are you using a virtual extension for operator?
