On the SL1100 we have setup 2 internal paging groups. 1 for the digital sets in building 1. The second is group 2 for the IP phones in a second building. The buildings are connect by VPN and the IP phones work great. When we do a group 2 page the IP phone show there is a paging coming through but there is no voice coming through on the page. If we an all page the same thing is happening. Has anyone seen this or had this trouble. If you intercom the IP phone you can talk to the person hands free no trouble.

You need to change the paging protocol to unicast on all IP phones.
