I'm a new Systems Admin for a company using an Inter-Tel phone system (version 7.006). I had everything working great but have run into a problem and can't figure it out. I am using an Admin phone and must have entered a 3 digit command inadvertently because now when my phone rings and I pick up the handset, I hear a dial tone and get three options on my display: Answer / Send to V-Mail / Send to Dest. Also, any calls to my direct dial are not going to voicemail, just ringing endlessly. Can anyone tell me how to disable this so when I pick up and the handset the call answers and if I don't it goes to my voicemail? Any help is appreciated.

To answer calls when you lift the handset, dial , 360
To activate your voicemail forwarding, dial , 354. The display should read "System Forward Enabled"
