Hi,

I am trying to program auto-attendant on the officeserv 7030,

however i cannot program it with the digital phone,

even with DM Login there is no area to program the 7030,

is there a special procedure to program the auto-attendant on the office 7030,

any help will be greatly appreciated,

Auto attendant programming on os7000 is done via the voicemail.

After your advice, please delete if this is inappropriate to be posted here,

i created a station group and as AA(VMS) and set the trunks to ring that group.

When a call goes into that group however it ask for the password.

When i press * however it goes into the default auto-attendant prompt.

Is there any way to play the default prompt first.

Okay i found out that the prompt was changed that was the reason it was going to the password prompt, i managed to send it to the main prompt and now its working fine.

Just one problem, is there any way to change the main prompt to a customer provided prompt. I cant seem to access the voice prompt area as it says there are no directories error.
