I have several sites where I have the console in tenant 1 and some phones in tenant 3. When I dial 0 on these phones it rings whatever is in N1 in form 19 for tenant 3. so in day or night1 night2 no matter what it goes to night1. I have enabled switching in form 6 for this and it still does it. Am I missing something or is this a glitch?

Thanks in Advance

Yes 5 is setup the console is tenant2. And the phones are 3. The only thing not allowed is 3 to 1

if you changed anything in the night switching it doesn't take effect until you change the mode after you program

So, did you set up different specifics in form 19 for all three tenant groups?

westerntelephone has a good point, if any of the phones have a cos with option 239 then the "Priority Dial 0" routing will be in effect
