Does anyone know the procedure to make a conf call on a IP Polycom 5000 when working with a sv9100? Seems that there should be a flash button, then a #1 9 XXX-XXXX but I don't see a flash. Thanks for your help.

I don't believe there is a flash function on the Polycom 5000. You will have to use another handset to establish the conference and then transfer it to the polycom.

New SV9100 3.0 software now allows a 3rd party sip device to create a conference. A much awaited feature.

Good news, do you know if this is also available on the 9300 and 9500?
