I have 2 new customers that want me to service their CICS telephone systems. They both have the same trouble with caller ID. Some of the phones show the calling information when the phone is ringing and some that do not show anything till they answer the call. I have gone through programming and it looks like the sets are programmed the same. Can anyone help me on what I am missing. The sets are a programmed to ring on all incoming calls. I have even tried copying the data from one set to another but it still only displays the caller ID info when the call is answered.

You need to post software versions when you post as we cant see the system from here.
6.0 and lower Only one set gets auto CLID
6.1 and up Go into Sets/Telco Features and allow Caller ID for each line required.
Your profile is not complete: Where in Canada are you? What do you do in telecom? phones? marketing? tech? training? manager?
