I aquired an old strata dk40 and ivp8 system. I ran programs 90, 92, and 03 and I'm not able to call stratagy. When I dial ext 850 it just keeps ringing and says camp-on on the display. Any help would be most appreciated.

Foggy memory and no documentation at hand, but I believe you defaulted the system with the 3 programs mentioned.
850 is a call group or hunt group which will need to be setup with the voicemail extension numbers (or was it port numbers) - and you are probably going to need to redo all the VMID settings as well.

The DK is not very plug and play, especially with a voicemail system. About the only thing I think it does when you initialize the system is assign extension numbers.
As to the previous point, there is still a lot of programming do to make the voicemail ports act like voicemail. For example you would need to run program *40 to add the ports to a hunt group so when you dial 850 the system phones what ports to ring.

See if you can find the integration notes for te programs ivp It will give all the programs you need to do to make it work or try the ivp manual it may have notes.

I finally got the hunt group created with *40 program, and added the port number for the voicemail. I went and recreated extention 10, however when I dial the voicemail system, I can't type in any user ID. Nothing happens.

Also in pgm 10-2 turn on LED 4 and in pgm 13 enter the lowest voicemail port number. You also need to see if you have a dtmf receiver installed and set in program 03-00, if it's a 40 most likely you would enter 98 for slot 00. You'll need to reset the system after making changes to pgm 03.
